Privacy notice

What we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. Last updated November 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by EmHashLabs, #412, Sai Millenium, Mumbai Pune Bypass Rd, Punawale, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411033, India. For any privacy question, email sales@emhashlabs.com.

What we collect through the enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, company, country, the service you are interested in, your timeline and your message. We also record the date, time and IP address of the submission to protect the form against abuse.

We use these details only to reply to you, discuss your project and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share it with third parties other than the service providers listed below.

Spam protection

To keep automated spam out, the form uses a verification service (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA, depending on configuration). The service may process your IP address and browser information to tell people from bots, under its own privacy policy. We also use a session cookie that links the form to your visit; it is deleted when you close your browser or after two hours of inactivity.

Analytics cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. These cookies are not set until you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie bar, and IP anonymisation is enabled. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Service providers

  • Our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our inbox.
  • The verification service described above.
  • Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any project that follows, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact unless we have a contract with you or a legal obligation to keep them longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to its use. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
